Staff and Governors are committed to respecting children’s rights to childhood. We are as committed to learning and achievement to ensure all children make progress. We use nature, it’s seasons and elements to drive our delivery of the early years foundation stage curriculum. Our approach supports childrens natural desire to be outdoors, in all weathers, where possible.

It is with deep regret we have to inform you, after a short illness, our Chair of
Governors, David Townsley has died, age 43. Our thoughts are with his precious
family at this sad time.
HEADTEACHER. Sue will be away from nursery for a while from Monday 5 th
November, she is having a spinal operation, we will keep you updated with her
progress. Judith Reay, Head of Sue Hedley Nursery will oversee the nursery in
